Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
If you're on our Pay-As-You-Go plan, you’ll receive a monthly invoice reflecting the number of new accounts added during that billing cycle. There are no upfront fees—just pay for what you use.
Portfolio & Enterprise Plans
Customers on Portfolio or Enterprise plans pre-purchase account credits at a discounted volume rate. Invoicing is typically annual or structured according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
These plans are ideal for organizations managing larger portfolios or requiring advanced features, integrations, and support.
