Finding an Existing Account

If you're searching for an existing customer report, there are several ways to find it.

The options below outline the different ways you can locate your report quickly and efficiently.

1. Log into Credit Pulse

2. Use the search bar to look for the company name

3. Existing accounts that match your search will be listed in the top section

4. To view a report, click "View"

2. Go to the Dashboard by clicking the "Home" icon in the left-hand corner

3. Your "Monitored Accounts" list will include all existing accounts

4. You can flip through pages or use filters to slim your results
